Collect 2012 – Test su strada / A Test Along the Road
Ok, sono belli, interessanti da guardare, fotografare, ammirare e tutto il resto. Ma poi da portare (sto parlando ovviamente dei gioielli)? Mi sono sottoposta molto volentieri al test di portabilità del braccialetto di Michael Becker oro e lapislazzuli che, come forse ricorderete, fotografo ogni qualvolta lo vedo esposto in mostra! Risultato del test: ottimo. Non è pesante, non è ingombrante e attorno al polso si schiude come se fosse la corolla di un fiordaliso. Solo un peccato toglierselo.
Ok, they are beautiful. They’re interesting to look at, to photograph, to admire, and so on. But to wear? I’m obviously talking about jewellery. I have gladly volunteered to test the “wearability” of the bracelet created by Michael Becker. It is made of gold and lapislazuli and, as you know, I take pictures of it any time I see it at an exhibition.The result of the test: very good. It is not heavy, it is not bulky and it closes around your wrist as if it were the corolla of a fleur-de-lis. It is really a pity to have to take it off.
